Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)
Duties and taxes are not included at checkout. Brunei orders may incur customs duties and GST upon delivery, payable to the Royal Customs & Excise Department of Brunei.
Orders above RM1,000 are particularly likely to attract customs charges. Please consult your local customs authority before placing a large order.

What are the exact shipping rates?
Klang Valley and West Malaysia: RM8. East Malaysia: RM15. Brunei: from RM105, depending on total order weight. Malaysian orders receive free delivery from RM149.
Do you ship to Brunei?
Yes. Brunei Darussalam is our only international destination. Delivery starts from RM105, based on total order weight. Brunei orders do not qualify for free delivery.
How long will delivery take?
Orders take 1–3 working days to process before courier collection. We then target delivery within 7 working days. East Malaysia and Brunei may take longer. Working days exclude weekends and Malaysian public holidays.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, we email your tracking number. It is also available in your account's Order History. Allow a few hours for the tracking status to activate.
What happens if I am not home?
All parcels require a signature. The courier will leave a notification with instructions for re-delivery or depot collection if nobody is available.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
If tracking has not updated after 7 working days from dispatch, contact us with your order number. Brunei orders may require up to 14 working days because of customs clearance.
Can I collect my order from a store or office?
Self-collection is not available. All online orders are delivered by courier.
