Data Deletion Instructions

At Rookie MY, we respect your privacy and your right to request the deletion of your personal information.

If you have used Facebook Login to access your customer account on our website, you may request the deletion of personal data associated with your account.

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Send an email to customerservice@rookie.my with the subject Data Deletion Request.

2. Include the email address associated with your Rookie MY customer account.

3. Our customer support team will review your request and may contact you to verify your identity before processing it.

4. Once verified, we will process your request in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

Please note that certain information may need to be retained where required by law, including transaction and accounting records.

Remove Facebook Login Access

You may also remove Rookie MY's access to your Facebook account by following these steps:

1. Log in to Facebook.

2. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.

3. Select Apps and Websites.

4. Find Rookie MY and select Remove.

Removing Facebook Login access does not automatically delete personal information or order records stored by Rookie MY.
